Chapel for St. Benedict Monastery at Udupussalwa

The chapel for St Benedict Monastery was a unique project which we started in 2019.the monastery already had small chapel which belong to late 80s, but with growing numbers of visitors on Sunday mass the existing chapel was limited. so, this chapel would be center to the visitors,

As architect of the chapel we designed the building to become some memorable experience while they are on pilgrimage.

The main structure of the building mostly exposed concrete and decorative glass windows.

The project is mainly funded by charitable donations and this was estimated 50 million in 2018.
