When we acquired a house from well secured housing schemes it’s too far away from being a home.
Same time we may have distinctive lifestyle which certainly not related with the newly accepted house, only alternative is create our comfortable space within all these restrictions.
This is a 14 perched plot in Millennium city housing scheme Ja Ela. The family, husband is a phase production producer and wife is a solicitor works for international red cross. They had their own brief such as large library study, open terrace, inscription space, yet there were restrictions likewise compact murky R.C.C. staircase, roof ,bathrooms , miniscule parking ,the pantry unit and more importantly constricted budget and very ephemeral timeframe so it was essential to carefully orchestrate the makeover within a quartet.
Doors and windows from the existing re used with few alterations. Other essential doors such as main entrance door brought from old warehouse and applied to create an entrance earlier where was the parking.
The upper floor master bedroom made into two levels by creating a loft traditionally know as an attic space, this place was ideal for the husband who demands his own inscription space for spending long hours with his fictitious characters .The access to the loft has amalgamated with the closet and any outsider would hardly notice.
